Online Returns

We want you to love what you ordered, if something is not right, Havananines.com is pleased to offer our customers the convenience to return or exchange to another color, size, or different style.

You can return or exchange your items by mail within 30 days of the ship date. Only items purchased on Havananines.com may be returned by mail.

Easy Returns and Exchanges by Mail:

• Circle the item(s) that you're returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.
• If you are exchanging an item, simply fill out the exchange form indicating the items you€d like in exchange.
• Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice and exchange form and ship using a trackable and insured method via US Postal Service or UPS.

What's eligible for return?
You can return or exchange any item that's in its original condition (unwashed and unworn) or defective.

Can I return any online purchase to a store?
Not at this time. Please call our 1-866-497-1719 to speak to a customer service representative.

What if I used a promotion code to make my purchase?
You can exchange the item for the same style in a different size or color. Or, you can apply a credit for the amount you paid towards a new item at its current price. A previously used promotion code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item.

What if I want a refund but I used an Online Gift Certificate?
No problem. We make all refunds in the original form of payment. So if you used an online gift certificate to make your purchase, you'll receive a refund on a online gift certificate.

Can I get a price adjustment for an online purchase?
Yes, we offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within five (5) days of your order date. Simply call 1-866-497-1719, or send us an email message at info@havananines.com within the five (5) day window. We'll refund you the difference in your original form of payment.

Changes and Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please call 1-866-497-1719 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Please note: If you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion or special deal, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.

Shipping

Standard Shipping and Handling

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in five (5) to nine (9) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to US Territories, and A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

Premium/ 2nd Day Shipping and Handling

Orders placed with Premium delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders placed with Premium delivery Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.

Premium delivery to rural routes and remote locations typically arrives within 3 to 4 business days. Premium delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Express/Next Business Day Shipping and Handling

Orders placed with Next Business Day delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT will arrive on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders placed with Next Business Day delivery Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 2 business days.

Next Business Day delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, and certain remote locations.

Shipping Carriers

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.

Shipments to International Addresses

At this time, we are unable to accept or ship international orders.

Standard Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined by your order total. Certain items bear a shipping surcharge based on size and/weight. These surcharges are clearly shown on applicable product pages.

Shipping times

The times listed below estimate the expected number of business days it will take for in-stock merchandise to be shipped from our facilities and delivered to you. ("Business days" means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) In some cases, merchandise may actually ship earlier than expected. When you choose "Premium" or "Express" delivery, we'll expedite processing in our warehouse and then select the shipping carrier and method designed to meet the stated delivery. Please note: orders being shipped to APO addresses and US Territories cannot be expedited.
